The standard membership price nowadays is £7.99/ $7.99 per month or £79.90/ $79.99 for a 12-month subscription (a 10 per cent saving). The streaming service initially offered a free Disney Plus trial when it launched in March 2020. Since that ended, free trials and promotions have popped up every so often- either through Xbox and PlayStation services or phone contracts. However you need to be quick, as Disney Plus promotions tend to only be valid for a limited time.

In the US, you can get a free Disney Plus trial for the first 3-6 months when you subscribe to Amazon Music Unlmited for $9.99 per month ($7.99 for Prime Members).
The Walt Disney Company is also sprinkling a little extra pixie dust to thank fans for their support over the past two years.
From now until Sunday 14th November 2021, new or returning members can get one month of Disney Plus for in introductory price of £1.99/ $1.99. After your first month, the monthly membership price will go back up to £7.99/ $7.99.
It might not be free but at least it'll save you a few quid! And if you only want access to the streaming service for one month - just make sure to cancel it before your first month ends so you're not charged for the full price at the start of your second month.
There's so many reasons to stick around after the first month though. For one, the streaming service gives you access to hundreds of titles from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and STAR. You couldn't possibly watch it all in one month and new content is regularly added. The exclusive Disney+ Original movies and series are also worth a continued subscription. There's even the option to purchase Premier Access so you can watch blockbuster movie releases from the comfort of your own home, or on the go on your smartphone, tablet or laptop.
Disney+ subscribers can also look forward to additional content premiering this Friday to celebrate Disney+ Day.
